The XPEL Dealership Conference (XDC) 2025 brought together industry professionals, top-tier installers, and automotive protection experts from across the world. As an XPEL-certified shop, Nashville ClearBra attended this annual event to sharpen our skills, explore new innovations, and connect with the best in the business.
This year’s XDC took place in San Antonio, Texas, home to XPEL’s headquarters, and gave us the opportunity to network, learn, and grow alongside other top-performing PPF, tint, and ceramic coating installers.
What is XDC?
XPEL’s Dealership Conference (XDC) is an annual gathering designed to bring together the best of the best in paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, ceramic coatings, and dealership partnerships. The event features:

🏆 Jurgen (Owner):
This year’s XPEL Dealer Conference (XDC) was an incredible experience, both from a learning perspective and as a chance to celebrate how far we’ve come as a company. One of the biggest takeaways for me was diving deeper into the Tesla Program and the color PPF program specifically for Tesla. As we continue to work with more Tesla owners, having a clear understanding of these offerings will allow us to provide even better service and more customization options.
But beyond the technical and business side of things, what made this experience truly special was being there with my entire team—both from Nashville and Seattle. Getting to spend time with them, learning more about each person, and seeing how everyone has grown in their roles was a highlight for me. It’s one thing to work together daily, but moments like this remind me just how strong of a team we have and how much we’ve built together.
And to top it all off, being recognized for our growth in business and receiving an award for it was an unforgettable moment. It’s a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion that our team brings every day. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see where we go from here!
💡 Ben (Installer):
Attending the XPEL Dealer Conference (XDC) was an awesome experience. In just three days, I picked up a ton of valuable skills that will take my installations to the next level.
One of the biggest things I learned was how to eliminate silvering, which makes a huge difference in the final look of a PPF install. I also got hands-on training in windshield film installation—something I hadn’t done before. On top of that, I dove into more advanced techniques, like wrapping edges for a cleaner, more seamless finish. But what really stuck with me was how important the fundamentals are. No matter how much you advance, nailing the basics is key to a perfect install.
Beyond the technical skills, what I really enjoyed was meeting people from all over the world. It was great connecting with other installers, sharing experiences, and seeing different approaches to the same craft. I also loved getting hands-on with some of the new things XPEL is introducing—staying ahead of the game is always exciting. And honestly, the XPEL team was incredible. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to share their knowledge was inspiring. You can tell they care about passing on their expertise and helping installers level up.
Overall, it was an amazing three days. I learned a lot, met some great people, and even got to catch up with installers I had trained with in the past. Seeing how much everyone has grown and improved was really cool.

XDC was an eye-opening experience, and I took away a lot—both on the business side and from just being around some of the best in the industry. One of the biggest things I learned was how to improve our company’s online presence, applying new techniques to our social media and website to reach more customers and showcase what we do best. I also gained a much better understanding of how Google works—why it’s so important, how reviews impact our business, and what they do for us in the long run. And if there’s one thing that stuck with me, it’s that installing PPF and window tint isn’t something just anyone can do—it takes trained, skilled installers to get it right (Trust me I tried to do it and it was not as easy as I thought).
Aside from all the learning, what I enjoyed was getting to know my team better. Meeting the Seattle team and seeing how they operate gave me a whole new perspective on the business. I also loved diving deeper into XPEL itself—understanding the company, seeing the cool new products they’re rolling out, and even getting the chance to visit XPEL headquarters and meet the CEO. And of course, all the fun things we did as a team—Seattle and Nashville ClearBra together—just made the whole experience even better.
Overall, it was an awesome trip. I learned a ton, made great connections, and came back with a whole new appreciation for what we do and how we can keep getting better!

XDC was an awesome experience, and I picked up a lot of valuable skills in just a few days. One of the biggest things I learned was how to efficiently hand-cut tint using new methods, which will definitely make installs faster and cleaner. I also learned how to completely power down a Cybertruck—a crucial step for working on them safely. Another big takeaway was a new starting method for Porsche fenders, which is a lot more effective than the way I was doing it before. And on top of that, I got hands-on practice with back-rolling windshield film PPF, which is a game-changer for getting a smooth install.
Beyond the technical side, what really made the experience great was seeing all my coworkers from Seattle ClearBra. It was awesome reconnecting with people at the conference and meeting new installers who are just as passionate about XPEL as we are. And of course, the food and the restaurants we went to after the conference were a highlight. It gave us even more time to hang out, share experiences, and connect with others in the industry who love what they do.
Overall, it was a great trip—learning new techniques, catching up with people, and just being surrounded by the best in the business. Can’t wait to put everything I learned into action!
